This is a collection of sending blessings upon the Prophet ṣallā Allāhu ‘alayhi wa sallam. They don't suffice your need to learn the many other versions available in the Sunnah of the Prophet, but they fairly represent a significant number of them.
#1: As Narrated by Ka‘b ibn ‘Ujrah, rāḍīya Allāhu ‘anhu
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُـحَمَّدٍ، وَعَلَى آلِ مُـحَمَّدٍ، كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، إِنَّكَ حَـمِيدٌ مَـجِيدٌ. اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ عَلَى مُـحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُـحَمَّدٍ، كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، إِنَّكَ حَـمِيدٌ مَـجِيدٌ.
“O Allah, send prayers upon Muhammad and the household of Muhammad, just as You sent prayers upon the household of Ibrāhīm. Verily, You are full of praise and majesty. O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and upon the household of Muhammad, just as You sent blessings upon the household of Ibrāhīm. Verily, You are full of praise and majesty.”
#2: As Narrated by Abū Ḥumayd Al-Sā‘idī, rāḍīya Allāhu ‘anhu
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُـحَمَّدٍ، وَعَلَى أَزْوَاجِهِ وَذُرِّيَّتِهِ، كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ. وَبَارِكْ عَلَى مُـحَمَّدٍ، وَعَلَى أَزْوَاجِهِ وَذُرِّيَّتِهِ، كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ؛ إِنَّكَ حَـمِيدٌ مَـجِيدٌ.
“O Allah, send prayers upon Muhammad and upon his wives and offspring, just as You sent prayers upon the family of Ibrāhīm. And send blessings upon Muhammad and upon his wives and offspring, just as you sent blessings upon the family of Ibrāhīm. Verily, You are full of praise and majesty.”
#3: As Narrated by ‘Uqbah ibn ‘Amr, rāḍīya Allāhu ‘anhu
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُـحَمَّدٍ النَّبِـيِّ الأُمِّيِّ وَعَلَى آلِ مُـحَمَّدٍ، كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَبَارِكْ عَلَى مُـحَمَّدٍ النَّبِـيِّ الأُمِّيِّ وَعَلَى آلِ مُـحَمَّدٍ، كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، إِنَّكَ حَـمِيدٌ مَـجِيدٌ.
“O Allah, send prayers upon Muhammad, the unlettered Prophet, and upon Muhammad’s family, just as you sent prayers upon Ibrāhīm and upon the family of Ibrāhīm. And send blessings upon Muḥammad, the Unlettered Prophet and upon Muḥammad’s family, just as you sent blessings upon Ibrāhīm and upon the family of Ibrāhīm. Verily, You are full of praise and majesty.”
#4: As Narrated by Abū Sa‘īd al-Khudrī, rāḍīya Allāhu ‘anhu
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُـحَمَّدٍ عَبْدِكَ وَرَسُولِكَ، كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَبَارِكْ عَلَى مُـحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُـحَمَّدٍ، كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَآلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ.
“O Allah, send prayers upon Muhammad, Your slave and Messenger, just as You sent prayers upon Ibrāhīm, and send blessings upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad, just as You sent blessings upon Ibrāhīm and upon the family of Ibrāhīm.”
#5: As Narrated by Abdul Rahman ibn Bishr, rāḍīya Allāhu ‘anhu
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُـحَمَّدٍ كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ. اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ عَلَى مُـحَمَّدٍ كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ.
“O Allah, send prayers upon Muhammad, just as You sent prayers upon the family of Ibrāhīm. O Allah, send blessings Muhammad, just as you sent blessings upon the family of Ibrāhīm.”
#6: As Narrated by Abū Mas‘ūd Al-Anṣārī, rāḍīya Allāhu ‘anhu
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُـحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُـحَمَّدٍ كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ. وَبَارِكْ عَلَى مُـحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُـحَمَّدٍ،كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ فِي الْعَالَـمِينَ؛ إِنَّكَ حَـمِيدٌ مَـجِيدٌ.
“O Allah, send prayers upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad, just as You sent prayers upon Ibrāhīm. And send blessings upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad, just as You sent blessings upon the family of Ibrāhīm, in all the worlds. Verily, You are full of praise and majesty.”
#7: As Taught and Narrated by ‘Abdullāh ibn Mas‘ūd, rāḍīya Allāhu ‘anhu
اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ صَلاَتَكَ وَرَحْـمَتَكَ وَبَرَكَاتِكَ عَلَى سَيِّدِ الْـمُرْسَلِينَ وَإِمَامِ الْمُتَّقِينَ وَخَاتـَمِ النَّبِيِّينَ، مُـحَمَّدٍ عَبْدِكَ وَرَسُولِكَ، إِمَامِ الْـخَيْرِ وَقَائِدِ الْـخَيْرِ، وَرَسُولِ الرَّحْـمَةِ. اللَّهُمَّ ابْعَثْهُ مَقَامًا مَـحْمُودًا يَغْبِطُهُ بِهِ الأَوَّلُونَ وَالآخِرُونَ. اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُـحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُـحَمَّدٍ، كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، إِنَّكَ حَـمِيدٌ مَـجِيدٌ. اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ عَلَى مُـحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُـحَمَّدٍ، كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، إِنَّكَ حَـمِيدٌ مَـجِيدٌ.
“O Allah, bestow Your prayers, mercy and blessings upon the leader of the Messengers, the Imām of the pious and the seal of the Prophets, Muhammad, Your slave and Messenger, the Imām of the good (and the leader) of the good, and the Messenger of mercy. O Allah, raise him to a station of praise and glory that will be the envy of the first and the last. O Allah, send prayers upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad, just as You sent prayers upon Ibrāhīm, You are indeed full of praise and majesty. O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad, just as You sent blessings upon Ibrāhīm and the family of Ibrāhīm, verily, You are full of praise and majesty.”
