From Qur’an

(يا أيها الذين آمنوا أطيعوا الله وأطيعوا الرسول ولا تبطلوا أعمالكم) سورة محمد: 33
“O you who believe! Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger (Muhammad s.a.w.) and render not vain your deeds.” Surah Muhammad: 33

فلينظر الإنسان ممن خُلق * خلق من ماء دافق* يخرج من بين الصلب والترائب * إنه على رجعه لقادر (سورة الطارق: 5-8)ـ
So let man see from what he is created!… He is created from a gushing fluid… Proceeding from between the backbone and the ribs… Verily, (Allah) is Able to bring him back (to life)!… [Surah At-Tariq: 5-8]

From Sunnah

“لا يؤمن أحدكم حتى يكون الله ورسوله أحب إليه مما سواهما”
“One of you does not believe, until Allah and His Messenger become dearer to him than anything else” Hadeeth Saheeh

“لا يؤمن أحدكم حتى يكون يكون هواه تَبَعاً لما جئتُ به”
“One of you does not believe, until his desire becomes according to what I have brought” Hadeeth Saheeh

كل يؤخذ منه ويرد عليه إلا صاحب القبر الشريف صلى الله عليه وسلم
“Anyone’s sayings are subject to acceptance and objection except the those of the owner of the grave (Muhammad s.a.w)” Imam Malik

If we fail to think for ourselves, our children will automatically fail to think for themselves.

If you want to have a wife like, or you want your wife to be like Khadijah (r.a.) you must be like Muhammad (s.a.w.)
And If you want to have a husband like, or you want your husband to be like Muhammad (s.a.w.) you must be like Khadijah (r.a.).

Maturity is not about age… Maturity is about atitude, aadaab and akhlaaq.
