The Prophet ṣallā Allāhu ‘alayhi wa sallam taught this du‘ā’ to Sayyidunā ‘Ali raḍiya Allāhu ‘anhu. And it reads:

اللَّهُمَّ اهْدِنِـي وَسَدِّدْنِـي.ـ
“O Allah, please guide me and direct me to the straight path.”
Pluralized
اللَّهُمَّ اهْدِنَا وَسَدِّدْنَا.ـ
