Du’a: #57 The Du’a of the People of the Cave

This is the du‘ā’ that the young men mentioned in Sūrah al-Kahf were inspired to invoke Allah with, in their most challenging times. I find it relevant to any challenging time, in which you may find yourself confused and unable to make a decisive decision.

رَبَّنَآ ءَاتِنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ رَحْـمَةً وَهَيِّئْ لَنَا مِنْ أَمْرِنَا رَشَدًا.ـ

“Our Lord, grant us from Yourself mercy and prepare for us from our affair right guidance.”

Pluralized

رَبَّنَآ ءَاتِنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ رَحْـمَةً وَهَيِّئْ لَنَا مِنْ أُمُورِنَا رَشَدًا.ـ
