This is the du‘ā’ Sayyidunā Yūsuf ‘alayhi al-salām/used to supplicate to ask for a good ending. May you and I and all our loved ones be granted a good ending.

اللَّهُمَّ فَاطِرَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ، أَنتَ وَلِيِّـي فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالآخِرَةِ، تَوَفَّنِـي مُسْلِمًا وَأَلْـحقْنِـي بِالصَّالِـحِينَ.ـ
“Creator of the heavens and the earth, You are my patron in this world and the Hereafter! Make me die in submission to You (as Muslim) and admit me among the righteous.”
Pluralized
فَاطِرَ السَّمَـاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ، أَنتَ وَلِيُّنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا والآخِرَةِ، تَوَفَّنَا مُسْلِمِين، وَأَلْـحقْنَا بِالصَّالِـحِينَ.ـ
