Introduction
Alhamdulillah… All praise and thanks are due to the Almighty Allah, to whom all sorts of protection and trust belong. May his Peace and Blessings be upon the trustworthiest human; Habibi Muhammad, his household, his companions and all those who follow his guided path, till the Day of Judgement.
This piece is a conversation, which has truly taken place between someone, whom I can’t trust and me.
I hope by sharing this conversation, the impact it has left in me, will continue to ring in my head, in a way that will help me fight my own evil, with the help of Allah.
If you find it useful and beneficial, it’s from Allah. If it happens to be the otherwise, it remains a conversation between someone, whom I can’t trust, and me.

Why should I trust you? (6)
Why should I trust you, while you are meant to be you, and I am meant to be me?
Didn't you refuse to prostrate for my father (Adam) when God, Himself, asked you to do so?
Didn't you perceive yourself better than my father then, and said “I am better than him. You created me from fire and created him from clay.” [Qur'an, 38:76]?
You see? I’m sure you have not forgotten. Why should I trust you?
Why should I trust you? (7)
Why should I trust you, while you are the worst companion one can ever have?
“And he, to whom Satan is a companion, then evil is he, as a companion.” [Qur'an, 4:38].
You see? Why should I trust you?
Why should I trust you? (8)
Why should I trust you, while God has already described you as our enemy?
“Surely Satan is your enemy; so treat him as an enemy. He only invites his followers to be among the companions of the Blaze.” [Qur'an, Qur'an 35:6].
You see? Why should I trust you?
Why should I trust you? (9)
Why should I trust you, while your only promise is to see the son of Adam in an eternal dilemma?
Have you forgotten: “Satan threatens you with poverty and commands you to do immorality.” [Qur'an, 2:268]?
You see? Why should I trust you?
Why should I trust you? (10)
Why should I trust you, when all you aim is to damage me and see me end up in the Blaze, with you?
“Indeed, Allah does not forgive association with Him, but He forgives what is less than that for whom He wills. And he who associates others with Allah has certainly gone far astray. They call upon instead of Him none but female [deities], and they [actually] call upon none but a rebellious Satan. Whom Allah has cursed. For he had said, “I will surely take from among Your servants a specific portion. And I will mislead them, and I will arouse in them [sinful] desires, and I will command them so they will slit the ears of cattle, and I will command them so they will change the creation of Allah.” And whoever takes Satan as an ally instead of Allah has certainly sustained a clear loss. Satan promises them and arouses desire in them. But Satan does not promise them except delusion. The refuge of those will be Hell, and they will not find from it an escape. [Qur'an, 4:116-121].
Why should I trust you? I am sorry… I cannot trust you. You and I are not meant to trust each other. Whether or not you trust me, that is your business. But I cannot trust you. You are not a trustworthy.
Conclusion
O Allah… I have no reason to trust him. Guide me and protect me from him, with Your Kindness.
O Allah… I have no reason to trust him. Grant me a trust solely for You and the love for You, and for Your loved ones.
O Allah… I have no reason to trust him, for You are enough trustee, for me.
O Allah; Who is Everlasting and Who sustains and protects everything, I seek assistance through the means of Your Mercy, correct for me all my affairs and do not entrust me to myself for the moment of a blink of an eye.
O Allah… I ask You for Your love, the love of anyone who loves You, and the deed that will lead me to Your love. O Allah, make your love dearer to me than myself, my family and the cold water.
